Volunteer With Us
The time is now, and the time is Reform UK. For the City of Durham, and for the UK.
We are actively looking for volunteers who believe in democracy and that votes must be respected.
Here's a few things you can may be able to help us with:
- Pledge to sign nomination papers for your constituency candidate. We will need the signatures of 10 constituency residents who are on the electoral roll as soon as the election is called.
- Deliver leaflets for us if we are elected as your local candidate. We will be very very grateful for your support.
- Door Knocking. The most valuable activity you can volunteer for. Talking to people is critical to our success and the more good people we have knocking on doors for us, the better.
- Street Stalls. Sited in busy areas of Durham, stalls are a great way to help us to spread our message.
- Further admin tasks (get in touch with us on the contact form below to find out more)
Join Us for the Big Push This Saturday 10AM 15/02/2025 in Pittington and Sherburn
Hello,
This Saturday marks the start of our campaign effort in the Pittington and Sherburn Division, and we’d love your help to get those leaflets through letterboxes!
When and Where:
We’re meeting Saturday 15/02/2025 at 10:00 am at Hallgarth Hall, High Pittington, DH6 1AB. There's plenty of parking, plus coffee and lunch available.
Why Start Here?
This division has the smallest number of voters, so it’s a great place to see how far we can get during this Leaflet Drive. Every door we reach helps spread our message, and the more hands we have, the quicker we can cover the ground.
What's the Plan?
Our Campaign Manager, Richard, has prepared street maps and will assign areas to all volunteers. Whether you can stay for the whole morning or just an hour or two, it all makes a difference. No experience is needed—just some enthusiasm to get the job done!
Just Leaflets This Time
There’s no door-knocking planned, but if you meet residents outside, feel free to say hello on behalf of Reform UK.
What to Bring:
- Warm clothing
- Rain poncho or umbrella (you never know with the weather!)
- Comfortable shoes
Think of this as a free workout!
Let Us Know
If you can join us, please reply to this email and let us know what time you’ll arrive and how long you can stay.
Thank you in advance for helping us kick off the campaign. This is a team effort, and together, we can get our message out to every home in the division.
See you Saturday!
Best regards,
Rhys
